Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity, we strive to process and ship orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact the customer service team using the contact information below within this time frame.
  • If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Cancellation after 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, the order will be processed as usual and will be ready for shipment.
  • If you wish to cancel your order after this period, it may not be possible to do so.
  • In that case, you can refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • When the refused package is returned to us in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product price excluding shipping costs.

Important Notice

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders canceled after the 24-hour window or for rejected deliveries.
  • If the returned item is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
