Directions
Dr. John Lee recommends 20 - 40 mg daily. Each pump is about 1/4 teaspoon which provides 20 mg of progesterone. Massage 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon into a thin-skinned area (neck, face, breastbone, forearms, etc.) Use 2X day, morning and night. Menstruating Women: Begin day 12 of your cycle. (Day 1 is the first day of your menstrual flow.) Continue through day 26, then stop. Repeat monthly. Non-Menstruating Women: Use for 25 consecutive days, then take a 5 day break. Repeat monthly.
