Appropriate for lactose intolerance. Not a significant source of added sugars. Suggested Use 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily. How to Take Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz. of water or juice. Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.).
