Wash your hands and prepare the saline solution using one NeilMed premixed packet and the amount of water specified in the product instructions.nnUse distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled or previously boiled and cooled water. Do not use untreated tap water for nasal irrigation.nnFill the NasaFlo Neti Pot with the prepared saline solution. Lean over a sink, position the spout comfortably against one nostril and tilt your head according to the instructions, allowing the saline solution to flow through the nasal passages and exit through the opposite nostril.nnFollow all package directions, cleaning instructions and warnings before and after each use.
