Restore Calcium Alginate is a highly absorbent alginate dressing that protects the peri-wound skin. It creats a conformable, protective gel when in contact with exudate to promote a moist wound environment for proper wound healing. Restore Calcium Alginate has superior wet strength (which means it can hold more exudate without breaking into pieces) as compared to other brand of alginates.
