1. Remove the earplugs from their packaging.2. Roll a pair of earplugs into a pea-size ball with clean, dry hands.3. Pull up and back on the outer ear to straighten the ear canal.4. Insert the earplug by pushing it straight into the ear canal until it forms a comfortable, tight seal.5. To remove, twist the earplug and pull it out.6. Clean the earplugs after use by rinsing with warm water and letting them air dry.
