Zinc
The total amount of zinc in the human adult has been estimated to be approximately 2 grams, of which more than 80% is found in bone, hair and skin and as a component of many biological processes.
In the maintenance of the wellbeing of our body, Zinc contributes to: normal acid-base metabolism; normal carbohydrate metabolism; normal macronutrient metabolism; and normal protein synthesis.
Zinc also helps to: maintain normal cognitive function; maintain normal vision; and maintain normal bones.
