Start out with a half serving of Natural Vitality CALM® for Kids and gradually increase to one full serving per day, or as directed by your health care provider. For children 4 to 8 years, one serving is ½ teaspoon. For children 9 years and older, one serving is 1 teaspoon. Start by placing your desired amount of powder into a cup or mug, add 2-3 ounces of warm water, let your drink fizz. Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, then fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water.
