📍WHAT IS SHILAJIT?
Shilajit is a black mineral resin, containing more than 85+ vital minerals and trace elements needed by our body for energy reactions within the cells, along with rich levels of Fulvic Acid which make the body absorb these valuable minerals. Shilajit contains numerous minerals that our bodies need to reach its maximum potential, as well as fulvic acids and humic acids, which good for metabolize minerals, proteins, and vitamins.
It is formed by organic and plant compounds that have been compressed by layers of rock, therefore it's vegan-friendly.
📍WHERE IS OUR SHILJAIT RESIN SOURCED FROM?
Hima Shilajatu source our Shilajit from Gilgit Baltistan. Wild harvested at over 18,000ft and purified using traditional Ayurvedic techniques.
📍HOW TO USE SHILAJIT RESIN?
Take 250 mg (carefully refer to the measuring spoon) on an empty stomach in the morning.
Take another 250 mg at night before bed for added benefits. Dissolve it in lukewarm water, milk, tea or any other beverages, stir and consume.
We suggest to take 4-6 times per week and the optimal duration is 1 to 2 months at a time.
After 1 to 2 months' consumption, you should take a two-week break and then resume consumption again. Take shilajit in this circulating way 2-3 times per year.
📌NOTE:
1.If the Shilajit jar is difficult to open, please pour the jar with warm water, then the jar can be open easily.
2.The texture of Shilajit will change according to the ambient temperature. It will become soft and sticky when exposed to heat (warm), and hardened when exposed to cold (cool). If it looks a bit dry, place the container in a warm place for 20 minutes to soften or you can add a little drinking water to it and stir after 2 hours.
3.Please store the shilajit resin in a dry, dark, room temperature (77℉) place.
