ADULTS & TEENS: 1 heaping teaspoon 1-3 times/day. CHILDREN 6-12: 1/2 to 1 level teaspoon, 1-3 times/day. Start by taking 1 serving/day. Gradually increase to 3 servings/day if needed. Shake vigourously for 2-3 seconds in closed shaker jar of 8oz of juice or water. Drink immediately - IMPORTANT. Do not let sit for more than 5 seconds. Will become too thick to drink.
