Note: After more than 6 hours in the freezer, the product may slightly frozen, but it will also last longer. If you prefer it softer, please freeze it for no more than 6 hours. 3. When heating, use the low-power setting on your microwave and heat for 20 seconds. The maximum heating time should not exceed 30 seconds. 4. Do not overheat the product to prevent damage.
