Adults 18 years and over: Mix 1 heaping Tablespoon (15g), in 8 oz of liquid, stir briskly and drink promptly, 1 time daily. If mixture thickens add more liquid and drink. NEW USERS SENSITIVE TO FIBER AND USERS 12-17 years of age: Start with 1/2 serving per day; Gradually increase to 1 serving daily as necessary. As you increasethe fiber in your diet, you may experience changes in bowel habits / minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake.
