Vitamin B-12 is an essential nutrient, involved in energy production, brain and nerve health. It is necessary for proper DNA replication, red blood cell production and myelin sheath formation. B-12 fast melt contains an active Coenzyme form of vitamin B-12 instead of the more commonly available cyanocobalamin form.
